A: Very simple, if 2 or more Halloween Haunted Props are purchased at one time we will pay the shipping/handling & insurance costs anywhere in the Continental United States. If only 1 Halloween Haunted Prop order is placed, there is a standard $15 shipping/handling/insurance cost anywhere in the Continental United States.

A: All Halloween Haunted Props will be shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS). We respectfully request that you provide an address without a P.O. Box when placing your order, as UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

A: The Halloween Haunted Props staff is constantly managing the inventory levels for all props sold on the website. If we run low or temporarily sell out of a certain item, it will be posted on the order page for the individual prop. We receive deliveries often from our manufacturer and constantly update the site for new deliveries, especially during the month of October. If an order is placed after the item is sold out completely, we send an e-mail to the customer to ask if he/she wants a complete refund immediately, or wants the purchased items sent as soon as they are delivered to our warehouse.
